About us

Laboratorios Clínicos Jensen was established as an innovative project providing specialized testing services in the areas of Hematology and Immunology, founded in 2011 by Dr. Evan Jensen Gamboa. Currently, the laboratory has specialized personnel in various fields of microbiology and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Mission: To contribute to the health of our patients through laboratory tests that impact their quality of life, providing accurate clinical diagnoses thanks to professionals who exhibit great human warmth, ethics, and competence.

Vision: To set trends in contributions to human health in clinical diagnosis, supported by high technology and the best human team.

Clinical laboratory services

We offer a wide range of laboratory tests, including hormones, chemistry, hematology, metabolic control, mycology, and bacteriology. Additionally, we are one of the few laboratories to provide molecular biology testing, and the only one to perform studies using flow cytometry and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) for the detection and prognosis of different neoplasms.

Can a person undergo laboratory tests without a medical order?
Yes, anyone can request tests without a medical order; however, it is the doctor who can correlate the results with the patient's clinical condition.

Is it required for the patient to be fasting every time laboratory tests are performed?
Fasting involves not consuming food for a period of 8 to 12 hours, particularly when tests such as lipid profiles and glucose levels are being conducted. It is not necessary for the patient to be fasting every time a test is performed.
