Cancellation Policy for Customers:

  1. Customer Cancellation

    1.1. Customers can cancel their activity reservation at any time prior to the scheduled date.

    1.2. To cancel a reservation, the customer must contact Info Santa Teresa's customer support team and provide the reservation details, including the activity name and scheduled date.

    1.3. The following refund policy will apply for customer cancellations: - Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice: a full refund will be issued. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for Activity Providers:

  1. Provider Cancellation

    1.1. In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, the activity provider may cancel a reservation.

    1.2. The activity provider must communicate the cancellation to Info Santa Teresa's customer support team as soon as possible, providing the reservation information and the reason for the cancellation.

    1.3. If the activity provider cancels a reservation, Info Santa Teresa will strive to find an alternative activity or provide a full refund to the customer, at their discretion.

  2. Changes to the Activity by the Provider

    2.1. In the event of significant changes to the activity, such as modifications to the location, duration, or included services, the activity provider must notify Info Santa Teresa's customer support team as soon as possible.

    2.2. Info Santa Teresa will make efforts to notify affected customers about the changes to the activity and offer alternatives or refunds if the changes are not acceptable to the customer.
